Curated by Manuel Borja-Villel and hosted by The Centre Pompidou-Metz

After the End: Cartographies for Another Time is a major exhibition at the Centre Pompidou-Metz, running from January 25 to September 1, 2025. Curated by Manuel Borja-Villel, this exhibition brings together 40 international artists exploring themes of colonial histories, diasporic narratives, memory, and alternative futures.

The Watch Hill Collection is proud to support the exhibition with the loan of three significant works by Belkis Ayón, reflecting our mission to foster dialogue through transformative art.

Featuring artists such as Belkis Ayón, Wifredo Lam, Ellen Gallagher, Maya Deren, Ahlam Shibli, Rosana Paulino, and more, After the End: Cartographies for Another Time reimagines history beyond Western-centric narratives.
